About Us

Paige Maloney Director & Fractional General Counsel

Paige is an experienced in-house lawyer with a broad range of practice areas. She has worked in legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, risk management, and project roles across a wide variety of industries, including retail, energy, health, environment, not-for-profit and commercial business, in Perth and Sydney. She has been part of the team in large, medium, and start-up businesses. Paige is in her final year of the Master of Business Administration program at the University of Western Australia, having dedicated 2024 to deepen her understanding of business, strategy, transformation, and leadership. Paige is a professional member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Paige established Light House Counsel to help growing businesses better manage their legal needs, risks, and spend. The model is designed to disrupt the market for in-house legal services, offering a flexible, tailored way of working, for both businesses and in-house lawyers.

We offer fixed monthly fees and packages, with no minimum term, so you can scale up and down as needed

Your dedicated in-house counsel will partner with you to understand your business and get to work on cutting legal spend, anticipating risks, and meeting your business' needs. We can work remotely, from your offices, or a combination of both depending on what the work requires
